With the passage of time and many social changes in Iran, cafes have undergone fundamental changes. In the past, cafes were the favourite places of political and literary figures, where enlightened and social discussions took place. As the popularity of cafes increased in the 90s, this urban space welcomed new functions. It seems that today's cafes are more than a place for romantic and friendly dates or just entertainment, they have become a place to do everyday tasks. For some, going to a cafe is a way of life that gives them a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, have new experiences with like-minded people, or expand their solitude and immerse themselves in their thoughts. In this collection, the main focus of the photographer is on people spending their lonely times in cafes
